Ways to Keep Your Mind Well

We everyone have a mind. Sometimes it remains well and sometimes it remains sad. When your mind is sad, you do not feel well and you may have no sense. You may do something unexpected. If your mind is sad for most of the time, you may fall into various hard diseases. That’s why you have to try to keep your mind always well. Yet you have to remember some ways to make your mind well if it is sad. Today I will try to give some tips to make your mind well. Most of us know these, yet I am writing here. 1.   If your mind is sad, you may hear songs as well as sing songs. It may be in your bed or in the roof of your house or anywhere. 2. You may also walk through different places such as any silent area, your garden, roof, on the bank of the river, on the side of the pond, and so on. If your mind is sad and you walk on the bank of the river, the possibility of being your sad mind well is ninety percent. 3. When your mind is bad, you may make travel within your
