Ways to Keep Your Mind Well

We everyone have a mind. Sometimes it remains well and sometimes it remains sad. When your mind is sad, you do not feel well and you may have no sense. You may do something unexpected.

If your mind is sad for most of the time, you may fall into various hard diseases. That’s why you have to try to keep your mind always well. Yet you have to remember some ways to make your mind well if it is sad.

Today I will try to give some tips to make your mind well. Most of us know these, yet I am writing here.

1.  If your mind is sad, you may hear songs as well as sing songs. It may be in your bed or in the roof of your house or anywhere.

2. You may also walk through different places such as any silent area, your garden, roof, on the bank of the river, on the side of the pond, and so on. If your mind is sad and you walk on the bank of the river, the possibility of being your sad mind well is ninety percent.

3. When your mind is bad, you may make travel within your domestic area or within your country. It gives you so much pleasure and your mind must be well. Visit Beautiful places.

4. You may watch a movie that is the best you have seen. It makes your mind well.

5.  By watching sunset at evening, you can make your mind well. It is beautiful scenery. You can enjoy it from anywhere. But if you watch it from the bank of river or lake or roof, you will get more pleasure than other places.

6. You may have many photos of your best moments those may be of visiting places, attending and participating in different programs, getting award and so on. You can see those photos when your mind is sad. It may make your mind well.

7.  If you have a cycle, you may make a short tour with your cycle to make your mind well.

8. You may work in your garden when your mind is sad. The smell of various flowers makes your mind refreshed.

9. You may make your mind well by fishing when it is sad. Fishing gives a lot of pleasure to you.

10. You may gossip with the members of your family when your mind is sad. At last the best one is that you may talk with your favorite person to make your mind well. It may your girlfriend or boyfriend or anyone.

11. You may watch funny videos on the youtube, facebook or tiktalk.

Decrease Fat by Taking Ginger's Water

Fat is a problem for all. I have tried to write down some suggestion to decrease the fat. Hope it will be helpful to you. 1.       At first you have to take one liter water in a pan. 2.      Take the pan with water on an oven. 3.      Then give ginger in this water with contusing them. 4.      Then give two lemons with their peel in this ginger’s water and start to bowel. 5.      When the color of ginger’s water will be yellow, take out the pan with ginger’s water from the oven. 6.      Drink the ginger’s water like tea everyday continuously two weeks. 7.      Don’t eat any kinds of chocolates, beef, and energy drinks within these two weeks. 8.      After two weeks, hope you will see the change.

Ways to Make a Day Well

Many think that to stay good or bad depends on Almighty God, but I think most of these remain on persons and depend on their activities. If you can do something well at the first moment of starting a day, you will get the way to make your day well. Everyone has happiness as well as sorrows in their life. Everyone wants to stay happily. They may be able or not. That’s why they find the way to make their day well. If you want to stay well in a day, you have to start the day doing something well. » If you start your day doing something well, you have to remember first –           “Early to bed and early to rise,             Makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” » To spend well all day longs depends mostly on the sleep at night.
