1. Do not eat fruits immediately after meal. It will cause stomach to be filled with air. Take fruits 1-2 hours after meal or 1 hour before taking meal.

2. If insect enters into ear, don't panic. Pour few drops of oil (olive, mastered) in the ear, the insect will die or come out. Don't try to remove by cotton bud.

3. Identify heart attack - it presents as chest pain or discomfort along with vomiting or pain going to the neck, back, arms, problem in breath, fatigue, sweating.

18. Pomegranate prevents from various heart diseases and lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and increase HDL (good cholesterol). It reduces high blood pressure.

19. Eat cucumber for healthy skin. The high water content vitamin A, B, C and minerals like magnesium, potassium, and silica make it an essential part of skin care.

Savar Tragedy of Bangladesh: My Feelings and Views

On the 24 April a nine stored building collapsed at Savar in Bangladesh. On that time thousands of garments’ workers were on that building. There were 5 garments on that building. The people of Bangladesh thought that there were approximately three thousand and five hundred people were on that building. Above three thousands of people have been rescued in which there are above two thousand and five hundreds are alive and rest of these were dead. Few days ago I have visited this place and worked for the disastrous people under an organization named “Smile Foundation”. Going there I have felt the sorrows of losing close relatives. I have felt cry to see them. The odor of the dead body was not tolerable for me. Yet I saw two dead bodies by taking my nose through one of my hands.
